  Brilliant selection of fish & supplies, however I have been here on 3 separate occasions to actually buy fish & one member of staff speaks down to you, makes you feel you are an interuption & when you state what you want to buy, he talks you out of buying them. I now purchase my fish elsewhere & always receive a brilliant service!

  WELL DONE.Thank you very much for not rushing me and taking the time to explain what fish could live together.Although we have had fish a few years ago,it was nice to chat and have things pointed out (to a previous fish owner).We have now set up the tank and will be going to choose my first lot of fish. It was a lady we saw and was knowledgeable on fish and setting up a tank. I did not mind listening to the advice and was most helpful. Thank you again. Do not know who that Luke person was talking about but was not the Lady we saw.
